Electrotech Electromechanical Contracting LLC traces its roots back to 1969, when Construction & Building Engineering (CBE) became one of the first construction companies established in Dubai. In 2010, the group expanded into a dedicated electromechanical arm, Electrotech Electromechanical Contracting LLC (EEC), to bring the same values of honesty, integrity, and quality into MEP contracting.
Our long-standing reputation is built on sustained relationships with both government entities and private developers across the UAE. Certified and awarded by Dubai Municipality, our projects range from residential buildings and luxury villas to high-rise commercial towers and sports stadiums such as the Fujairah Sports Complex.
We believe client satisfaction starts from within — our staff are committed to complying with the standards and procedures of the industry, and we prioritize identifying and rectifying issues early in a project's life cycle to deliver better cost savings and higher quality results.
A look at one of our flagship completed projects — a government-commissioned stadium for the Ministry of Public Works.
From HVAC & smoke management to electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems — how our four divisions work together on every project.
Our Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems are independently certified for building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical fitting contracting.
